I am a founding leader on the West Coast for an established (30+ years) British brand for certified organic, ethical skincare, beauty and aromatherapy products. Our certification is provided by the U.K.’s leading organic organization, the Soil Association (www.soilassociation.org).
We opened our “virtual doors” as a direct sales company in the U.S. in September 2009. There are just over 1,800 consultants in our country now, and we’re growing in leaps and bounds! Most beauty companies use ingredients until they are proven unsafe. We take the directly opposite approach and follow the ‘Precautionary Principle’ – if an ingredient has not been proven to be safe, we presume it is unsafe and don’t use it. We are rated “Fully Compliant” and have achieved “Champion” status with the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics and the Environmental Working Group’s Skin Deep Cosmetic Safety Database.
